Here at Robinson Jewelers we offer a Diamond & Gemstone Guarantee on any piece purchased or made from and in our store; we will replace, free of charge, any accent diamond or gemstone that is lost from the original mounting. In order for your diamond and gemstone guarantee to remain in effect you must have a Robinson Jewelers professional check and clean your piece of jewelry every 4 months and have it correctly documented on our provided guarantee form. In addition, all necessary repairs noted must be completed by our in-store jewelry repair center.

Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty

Robinson Jewelers stands behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product. If you believe that your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for an inspection by our certified bench jeweler. If we determine that your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item or, if deemed a more appropriate solution, replace the item. If the item is no longer available, Robinson Jewelers may replace it with a like-kind or offer, in the instance of a solid gold or silver piece, offer a gram weight exchange for a new piece of equal or lesser gram weight.

If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know how long the repair service time will be and if there will be a cost or otherwise.

Please note that slight variations and irregularities in craftsmanship and casting or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones and diamonds are unique to each individual stone. These characteristics are considered part of the character of the piece and should not be considered a defect.

Lifetime Complimentary Check & Clean

Along with an appraisal and the guarantee form, Robinson Jewelers promises to check and clean your piece of jewelry for its lifetime at no charge to you. Our hope during this check and clean process is to ensure your piece is in top shape. Please provide our diamond & gemstone guarantee form every 4 months for documentation during this check and cleaning process. Although you are only required to come every 4 months, we want you to be comfortable coming at any time Monday-Saturday at your convenience.

*Failure on the part of the purchaser to have the piece inspected and cleaned every 4 months will fully void this guarantee.

*Please use the enclosed appraisal for insurance purposes. We suggest purchasing insurance for your jewelry to cover mysterious disappearance, chipped or cracked stones, or stones lost due to neglect. It would be our pleasure to update your appraisal every 5 years for current retail replacement value of your piece.

Conditions and Exclusions

The foregoing Diamond & Gemstone Guarantee and Complimentary Services are available only to the person who purchased the covered product from Robinson Jewelers and their immediate family.

Jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities or trauma. This is particularly true for rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable use. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, traumatic damage, loss of stones due to said damage, or theft. Damage of loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product or notated/recommended by our service team during your check and cleanings are also not covered.

Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:
