We promise to offer you the full price of what you paid for your diamond as a credit towards a newer, larger, or better quality ‘diamond upgrade’ on a new diamond of your choice, as long as your new diamond is at least twice the cost of your previous one.

That’s not all, this upgrade guarantee applies to all diamonds purchased from us, including solitaire diamond pendants as well as diamond studs! For our diamond solitaire pendant and studs, we offer you the full price you of what you paid for your diamond(s) as a credit towards your ‘diamond upgrade’ on the larger size of your choice, as long as your purchase is twice your previous purchase price!

Your diamond must be in its original condition with the original diamond grading report (if applicable). Any damage to the original diamond will disqualify the diamond from our upgrade program. The credit value will be based solely on the purchase price of the diamond. If your setting fits your new diamond and is in reusable condition, we will set your new diamond in your original setting. If your original setting cannot be reused, you have the option of keeping the setting or accepting a 20% discount off a new setting of your choice. Some settings can be modified to fit your new stone with a new head installation, and if so, there may be a charge for additional parts and labor. The diamond pendant and earring trade-up applies only to single stone diamond pendants and studs and does not apply to cluster or halo settings.
